Be the Next Artisanal Pickle/Cheese/Ice Cream/Jam Maker du Jour
If you've ever wandered the Brooklyn Flea, surveyed the panoply of artisanal edibles on display, and thought you could do as well or better, then here's your chance. The Rooster Design Group, which is responsible for the look of Salvatore BKLYN and Early Bird Granola, has just announced a contest to be the Next Big Small Brand. The entry form is available on the website, and the winner will be selected on January 12 by a panel of judges that includes Salvatore co-creator Betsy Devine and the Flea's Eric Demby. The winner gets design and marketing services from Rooster, as well as a shot at edible posterity.
