Daniel Boulud to Open Moderne Singapore Outpost

Singaporeans will soon be getting the Daniel Boulud treatment. Diner's Journal reports that the chef will open a 120-seat DB Bistro Moderne in the new Marina Bay Sands casino resort, owned by the same group that owns the Venetian in Las Vegas. And speaking of Vegas, Boulud has also confirmed that he will not be renewing the five-year contract for Daniel Boulud Brasserie at the Wynn hotel and casino there, claiming he and owner Steve Wynn grew apart. In addition to New York, Boulud has restaurants in Vancouver, Palm Beach, and Beijing.
