Magnolia Set to Sugarcoat Dubai

Dubai is starting to resemble a New York dentist's worst nightmare: The Chocolate Bar is already there, the Shake Shack is on its way, and now, it appears, Magnolia is about to follow. According to the cupcake capo Steve Abrams, the bakery will open a store there inside the new Bloomingdale's. Abrams says he was courted by cousins of the royal family of Abu Dhabi; the Middle East, apparently, takes its cupcake cravings seriously.
