UPDATE: Mercury Dime Just Going to Be Plain Old Barbershop

Although a worker at the Mercury Dime space told us that the former coffee shop was going to be turned into a barbershop and, possibly, a "quaint" restaurant, a rep for the barbershop, which is to be called Barbiere., (note the intentional period), has called to clarify that there will be no restaurant. Just a barbershop. With a period. So rest easy, residents of East 5th Street.
