Over at the Moment, the Times's Christine Muhlke recounts her trip to Shopsin's with Heston Blumenthal. Or sort of does: When she attempted to photograph and interview the Fat Duck chef, Kenny Shopsin's son, Zack, rather bluntly demanded that Muhlke stop, or else she and Blumenthal wouldn't be served. Like eye color and male-patterned baldness, it seems that hatred of the food press can be passed down genetically.
