Danny Meyer will feed your body as the Whitney feeds your soul.
Five years ago, Danny Meyer infiltrated the world of museum dining when he opened the Modern in the MoMA. Now, he's set to attach his name to another cultural institution with a new cafe at the Whitney.

The museum has chosen Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group to cater all its events and to take over its cafe, which was formerly a Sarabeth's. Sarabeth's will close on Jan. 17, and Meyer will open a pop-up cafe while the space is being renovated. No word yet on whether concretes and Shack burgers will be on view with the O'Keeffes and Calders.
