More Generic Food Chains Coming to East 14th Street
"Burritofication': the process by which originality is subsumed by uniformity.
An unholy trinity of fast food outposts is coming to East 14th Street: lined up, one after another, are storefronts bearing "coming soon" signs for Subway, Chipotle, and Bravo Pizza.

Chipotle currently has some 27 locations throughout the city, and Subway, well, now that Subway has conquered the skies, there's really nowhere it won't go, particularly the throbbing big-box thoroughfare that is the stretch of East 14th Street between Third and Fourth Avenues.
