Musical Tapas: Alex Raij Back at El Quinto Pino

For those having difficulty keeping track of exactly which of Chelsea's pintxos restaurants Alex Raij is affiliated with, here's another addition to the flow chart: Raij, who originally opened Tia Pol and El Quinto Pino with Mani Dawes and Heather Belz before splitting to open Txikito, is now the owner, with her husband, Eder Montero, of El Quinto Pino.

Diner's Journal reports that Raij, Dawes, and Belz decided to split ownership of Tia Pol and El Quinto Pino; Dawes and Belz are now the sole owners of Tia Pol.

Raij and Montero will also continue to operate Txikito, which sits almost across the street from El Quinto Pino, making Raij's commute a fairly easy one.
