Crain's reports that the Lenox Avenue restaurant is now delivering from West 110th Street to West 145th Street, although if you've got a fat corporate account, no bridge is too far: last week, Vikram Pandit, the CEO of Citigroup, placed an order for 40 people in his midtown office. Apparently, his company's new focus on sustainable growth extends to its employees' waistlines.
