At Tonight's In the Flesh, Food and Smut Will Hook Up
Can anything surpass the sexiness of Tampopo's infamous egg yolk scene?
Food and sex will go hand in sweaty hand tonight at the latest installment of In the Flesh, Rachel Kramer Bussel's monthly erotic reading series.
Held at -- where else? -- Happy Ending, tonight's reading will feature writers like Not Eating Out in New York's Cathy Erway, Casserole Crazy's Emily Farris, and Heather Whaley, whose hilarious Eat Your Feelings: Recipes for Self-Loathing landed at Fork in the Road HQ a few months ago.
Bussel, who's also one of the forces behind Cupcakes Take the Cake, is giving away 50 Crif Dogs hot dogs to the first 50 people to show up, and Baked by Melissa cupcakes to pretty much everyone else. There will also be free lube available, no doubt to make all of those wienies and cupcakes easier to swallow.
