It's been close to two weeks since devastation gripped Haiti, and the relief efforts are still rolling in. 'wichcraft has teamed up with La Colombe Torrefaction, Harry Wils & Co., and Imperial Paper to donate all proceeds from today's coffee sales at the restaurants to the American Red Cross, its charity of choice to help Haiti. 'wichcraft will also donate half the proceeds from in-house sales of its cookbook, 'wichcraft: craft a sandwich into a meal--and a meal into a sandwich, written by Tom Colicchio and Sisha Ortuzar.

Whole Foods customers can donate at the register, and 100 percent of monies collected will going to Americares' relief efforts. And, on January 27, donations will go twice as far at Whole Foods Market Bowery, which will match customer contributions with its own.
