Blue Marble's World Is About to Get a Little Bigger

Picture 2.png
Blue Marble opened its first store on Atlantic Avenue two years ago, and followed that with a second ice cream shop in Prospect Heights. Now, it's set to broaden its little empire with a third store in Cobble Hill.

Brownstoner reports that the ice cream company, which is also in the process of opening a non-profit store in Rwanda, will set up shop on Court Street. In addition to selling its regular ice cream, which is made in small batches with the milk of grass-fed cows, it will also have a new line of soft-serve, along with Nunu chocolates and hot chocolate to boot. The store is scheduled to open on February 14, excellent timing for a business specializing in sweet nothings.
