The Whitney's got some bread.
At some point this fall, Danny Meyer will open his slavishly anticipated cafe at the Whitney. In the meantime, museum goers will be able to stave off cultured famine at Sandwiched, the pop-up cafe Meyer's catering business, Hudson Yards, will operate until the cafe is renovated.

In conjunction with the Biennial, Sandwiched will pop up on Feb. 25, and will feature interpretations of its eponymous offering from the Union Square Hospitality Group's stable of chefs. Look for bread with bits in between from Michael Anthony (Gramercy Tavern), Floyd Cardoz (Tabla), Kenny Callaghan (Blue Smoke), Robb Garceau (Hudson Yards), Daniel Humm (Eleven Madison Park), and Carmen Quagliata (Union Square Cafe).
