El Quinto Pino Reopens Tomorrow Night
A few days into the new year, Alex Raij announced that she would be the owner, with her husband, Eder Montero, of El Quinto Pino, the pintxos bar she opened with Mani Dawes and Heather Belz before splitting to open Txikito.
Noah Kalina/Eater El Quinto Pino returns this Wednesday.
Shortly after the announcement, Raij closed down El Quinto Pino to make some repairs. But the restaurant has just sent out an e-mail saying that it will reopen tomorrow for dinner service. There are some changes to the menu, but rest assured that the vaunted uni panini isn't going anywhere.
