The Momofuku Milk Bar Cookbook Is Coming in Fall 2011

The Momofuku Milk Bar cookbook that David Chang hinted about during an interview earlier this month is officially a go.
A source close to the deal tells Fork in the Road that Clarkson Potter just bought the book, which will be authored by Christina Tosi and photographed by Gabriele Stabile, who also shot the Momofuku cookbook. The book is scheduled to hit shelves in fall 2011, which means you'll have a little while to prepare yourself for the possibly ruinous side effects of being able to make crack pie at home.
