NBC Births Feast, Its Very Own Food Blog

Following its fancy food truck promotion earlier this month, NBC has launched Feast, a food blog that collects New York-related food news from across the Web. It also features the fiendishly complicated-looking Feast Rank, a constantly updated restaurant scoring system.

The blog also brings the news that Michael Huynh is at it again: He's planning to open a Vietnamese-Cuban place called Chinito with Calle Ocho's Alex Garcia, a steamed pork bun take-out spot near the Lexington Avenue branch of Baoguette, and 420, a Murray Hill restaurant with desserts by Pichet Ong. The name, sadly, does not refer to recreational drug usage.

And he's also getting in on the barbecue trend with plans for a nationwide chain called, yes, Bao-B-Que. You may now pause to weep.
