Cocoa Bar's hot chocolate goes well with a sudden snowfall, but will it make our 10 best?
Tomorrow, with a nod to snowstorms of the recent past and imminent future, we turn both our thoughts and cold little hands to hot chocolate. Ours is a city that embraces the full spectrum of hot chocolate, from watery brown gruel to otherwordly elixir so thick it could have been pumped from an underground well. While both ends of the spectrum have their loyalists, we've sought to find the 10 cups that embody what we most love about the drink, which is to say something warm, comforting, texturally well-balanced, and tasting of actual chocolate. Although we've conducted exhaustive research to come up with our list, there are no doubt places we've missed, so please feel free to add your own nominations in the comments section.
