Vento Is Closing; Dos Caminos Will Take Its Place
Stephen Hanson is a busy bee: Not only is he in the process of opening a steroid-enhanced version of Bill's Bar & Burger, but he's also shutting the doors on Vento to make way for the fourth New York outpost of Dos Caminos. Diner's Journal brings the news that Hanson is closing the six-year-old Meatpacking District restaurant after dinner service on Sunday in order to "build the Dos Caminos brand"; it should open by the end of April.
