Gofra Bite: Belgian Waffles Replace Mini Cupcakes on West Third

Bouncing from trend-food to trend-food, 120 West Third Street is being renovated into a punny new waffle spot. 
In a cupcake taste test, we did not particularly like Tonnie's Minis, which previously occupied the space. Though, plenty of other people seemed to enjoy the two-bite-sized treats. But now the cupcake baker has closed, replaced by a gofra--or Belgian waffle--vendor. Gofra Bite (get it?) will be opening soon, or at least so says its website.
If waffles are the next cupcakes, will it be a step up or down? We're tentatively guessing up.
