The Hester Street Fair gathers steam, it's accumulating gastro cred: According to its Facebook page, its food vendors now include An Choi, Luke's Lobster, Sigmund Pretzel Shop, Malbon Bros. Barbecue, and Mile End, which, in a somewhat ironic twist, is bringing bagels from Montreal by way of Brooklyn to the Lower East Side.

Also, Grub Street reports that First Prize Pies, an online pie company run by Allison Kave, daughter of Rhonda Kave of Roni-Sue's Chocolates, will also have a booth at the market. She'll be sharing it with her mom, who will be selling her new "Bake Sale" truffle collection, which includes varieties like red velvet cake and key lime pie.

The fair, which kicks off on April 24, now has an official website that's taking applications from other would-be vendors.
