Biscuits and fried food, hooray!

Well, the day has finally arrived: After a two-year hiatus, Pies 'n' Thighs is open for business. Gothamist has a shot of the menu, complete with anthropomorphized illustrations of some of the animals the restaurant serves. Expect breads and baked goods made in-house, burgers from the Meat Hook, a taco of the week (this week's is smoked pork, cilantro, and pineapple), beer on tap, home delivery, and, yeah, chicken and pie.
