The prism through which observant Jews will view the first week of April.
Passover begins on March 30, and Tabla's marking the date with its Unleavened Bread Bar, a Seder-style menu featuring such dishes as matzoh ball soup with toasted coriander and Goan spiced brisket. There'll also be a Passover service to accompany the Seder, because few things better accompany a restaurant meal than the recitation of the 10 plagues. The $95 tickets can be purchased by calling the restaurant.

In the meantime, we'll keep you informed on matzoh price-gouging at local supermarkets.
