Coming soon to Dram: grub.
The new cocktail bar Dram, located in the old Chickenbone space in Williamsburg, opened a week and a half ago with a brief menu of signature drinks, classics, and the option for a bartender's choice. (It also has several geeky wines available by the glass, as well as Mexican Coke, homemade ginger beer, and San Bitter from Italy in the menu section dubbed, "Temperence.") Over a conversation with the barkeep, it was revealed that the place will soon introduce food, and would like to feature a rotating cast of guest chefs. The limited kitchen space will likely keep snacks on the light and simple side, so patrons might still find themselves stumbling across the street to Pies-n-Thighs to satisfy those boozy munchies.
