Ferran Adria isn't the only new teacher Harvard students are getting. The New York Post reports that nightlife impresarios Noah Tepperberg and Jason Strauss, best known as the braintrust behind Marquee, will give a talk to Harvard Business School students about the ins and outs of owning a successful club. The pair's famous venue was the subject of "Marquee: The Business of Nightlife," a case study published by professor Anita Elberse and students Sheldon Wong and Ryan Barlow. Marquee doormen Wass Stevens and Rich Thomas will be there to "work the door."
