Restaurants, they come and they go. Here are a few making their debuts and bowing out this week.
Victoria's Tea Room in Bed-Stuy has apparently shuttered. The gate has been down, the website has vanished, and the phone number disconnected.

Gourmet deli Torino on 56th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues has closed after the owners reportedly lost their lease.

A new bar, 200, has opened at 200 Orchard Street, with the standard Edison-bulbs-and-reclaimed-wood look. Expect craft beers and bar snacks served into the wee hours.
