Open & Closed: Say Hello to South Brooklyn Pizza in the East Village, Goodbye to Victoria's Tea Room

Restaurants, they come and they go. Here are a few making their debuts and bowing out this week.

Victoria's Tea Room in Bed-Stuy has apparently shuttered. The gate has been down, the website has vanished, and the phone number disconnected.

Gourmet deli Torino on 56th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues has closed after the owners reportedly lost their lease.

A new bar, 200, has opened at 200 Orchard Street, with the standard Edison-bulbs-and-reclaimed-wood look. Expect craft beers and bar snacks served into the wee hours.

The East Village location of South Brooklyn Pizza is reportedly open, serving $4 slices and $28 pies, as well as wine and beer.

Bar Reis has a new annex in Kitchen Reis, which has taken the place of the Reis 100 mini-sandwich shop. It will turn out small plates and wines by the glass.

The Lion brings big players from MTV, MSNBC, and Men's Health, as well as the former head chef of the Waverly Inn together for a new place to schmooze.

Prime KO has opened on the Upper West Side, serving kosher steak and sushi, as well as house specialties like kobe-beef ravioli and a selection of kosher wines.
