Restaurants, they come and they go. Here are a few making their debuts and bowing out this week.

Burger At Its Best has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection, following a lawsuit brought on by former employees over labor law violations.

Graceland, the Avenue A gourmet deli, has closed. The deli, open since 1991, was one of the first shops to bring organic and fancy foods to Alphabet City.

The Musical Box on Avenue B appears to have closed. A sign on the door says the party has moved to Luca Lounge across the street.

Jean-Jacques and Leslie Bernat have converted their Boerum Hill restaurant, La Petite Provence, into JB's Burger.

Pizza by Certé has opened in a LEED-certified space, specializing in pies that are round or Sicilian style, as well as soups, sandwiches, and mains like chicken Parm.

Bar Paya is a new Peruvian café in the East Village, serving up ceviches, tiraditos, and payas (flatbreads made from corn and potato).

Diable Royale is getting ready to open its doors on Avenue A. The new Spanish place will have a full liquor license.

The new Greenpoint branch of Le Gamin has opened, with a menu of steak-frites and moules-frites. It's BYOB for now, but a liquor license is on the way.
