According to Tom Colicchio, Top Chef Will Start Filming in Our Nation's Capitol Today
Last night, Tom Colicchio tweeted that Season 7 of Top Chef will start filming in Washington, D.C., today. A commenter on the the D.C. blog Metrocurean claims to have been seated next to the chef on the Acela from D.C. to New York last night, and that "Tom...was on twitter all ride long," providing evidence that Colicchio, regardless of his filming schedule, has exceedingly active thumbs.
DC blogs, of course, are already aflame with speculation about where in the city the show will be filming: somebody's gone and created a Twitter account expressly to track filming progress. In other words, the circus has officially come to town.
