Learn how plants, herbs, and spices affect distillation and taste, while you mix cocktails of your own at this $75 session. The Cocktail Guru, Jonathan Pogash, will lead you through the shaking and stirring.

For $35, join health coach Robyn Youkilis for a sweet workshop on how to get the best of your pesky sweet tooth as you munch on your favorite Slice slice and sip a glass of New York-state wine or bottle of craft beer.
