BK gets boned.
Bucking the increasingly competitive value meal trend, Burger King is coming out this week with several new bone-in rib meals that will cost as much as $8.99.

Per Nation's Restaurant News, Fire-Grilled Ribs will be available in Dallas and Chicago as a six-piece or eight-piece combo meal including fries and a drink, rivaling meal deals at Chili's and Applebee's. With its recent addition of the Steakhouse burger and brunch (complete with mimosas), the King seems to be trying to corner the higher end of the fast-food world. Could BK pork belly sliders be far behind?
