Nuela to Open in June With Douglas Rodriguez Protégé Adam Schop

Nuela, the long-awaited Latin American eatery that was originally conceived as a Douglas Rodriguez project, will finally open next month. The Flatiron mega-restaurant and ceviche bar will feature a pan-Latin menu from chef Adam Schop, who is coming from Chicago's De La Costa, where he was the executive chef under Rodriguez.

Representatives for the restaurant don't have many menu details available just yet, but we do know that it will have "urban sabor" and empanadas.
