Where Am I Eating? [Updated with Hints]
Take a gander at the photo above, and let's play Where Am I Eating?
The rules are the same as before: Check out the dish and try to figure out the restaurant it was eaten in. One guess per person, and the commenter to first guess correctly will get a new cookbook from our stash. If you've won in the last month, please skip this one.
And just to make it more interesting, the person who can correctly identify the dish itself will also get a prize. If the same person guesses both, they will get two.

UPDATE: Since no one has guessed correctly yet, here are two hints: This place is not Asian and it's located in the East Village.
