About a month ago, Rebecca interviewed 3rd Ward co-owner Jason Goodman about Goods, the vintage trailer kitchen/outdoor cafe that he was planning for a Williamsburg vacant lot. Now word has come that Goods is open for business.

A 1946 Spartan trailer has been renovated into a kitchen and the lot into a 35-seat outdoor restaurant. Alex McCrery, a former sous chef at Commander's Palace in New Orleans, is turning out Brooklyn Lager-battered fish and chips, beignets, caramel popcorn, a beef hot dog, and a Pat LaFrieda hamburger.
