Carvel Ice Cream Stands Up to Lindsay Lohan's Unappetizing Family

Carvel giveth, and Carvel taketh away.

We don't normally concern ourselves with the extremely unappetizing antics of Lindsay Lohan and her kin, but this is kind of funny: It seems that the Lohan clan has been abusing the so-called Carvel Black Card that the ice cream chain gave to Lindsay and her sister, prompting Carvel to confiscate the card from Lohan's mom.

In honor of its 75th birthday, Carvel handed out the cards -- which entitle the user to 75 years of free ice cream -- to various celebutard types. According to a press release on the Carvel blog, the "extended family has repeatedly used the card without either [Lindsay or her sister Ali] present. At first, we graciously honored their requests while explaining that the Black Card was not a carte blanche for unlimited Carvel Ice Cream for the extended Lohan family and friends. After more than six months of numerous and large orders for ice cream, we finally had to cut off the card and take it back."

In response, Lindsay's lovely mother called the cops, who returned the card and told her she wasn't allowed to use it again. And so a big food corporation taught a lesson to an even bigger pain in the ass, and the world continued spinning on its axis.
