Ryan Skeen Hosts a Cooking Class; Joey Campanaro Heads to Philly

Ryan Skeen is launching a biweekly supper club and cooking class at 5 & Diamond. The first is a $55 Spring Lamb Fest next Monday, which will include a primer on how to butcher and prepare lamb in a variety of ways, from smoking to braising.

Joey Campanaro of Kenmare, Market Table and Little Owl fame, who was born in South Philly, is returning to his hometown to open a restaurant with his brother, Louis, and other unnamed partners.
