Alan Harding Says His Food Truck Will Open This Friday
Back in late May, Alan Harding told Chantal that the food truck he was opening at Hot Bird "[s]hould be up and running in next couple of weeks." A couple of weeks turned into a couple of months: According to his website, Harding is now planning to open for business this Friday.![]()

"So after three inspections and mucho dinero I, Alan Harding, am a fully licensed mobile food vendor," the chef writes. "The hardest part of the whole process was the waiting, every time you fail an inspection you have a two week wait to get a new appointment. I passed on July 13 2010, let the games begin."
The menu has changed a bit from the version Harding gave us, and its prices seem to have increased by a buck. Here's what it looks like:
