Eat it and weep.
Looks like Carl's Jr. is attempting to get in on the extreme sandwich bandwagon.

Nation's Restaurant News reports that the fast-food chain is in the process of testing a foot-long cheeseburger, using customers at two of its Southern California locations as its guinea pigs. Each $4 12-incher comes with three patties, and, for a 50-cent surcharge, lettuce, tomato, and other toppings. No word yet if Kim Kardashian will be tapped to deep-throat the thing on national television.
