Dish No. 93: The Terrine Board at the Breslin Bar and Dining Room
![]()
Welcome to 100 Dishes to Eat Now, Fork in the Road's handy list of some of our favorite dishes -- old standbys and new finds alike -- compiled daily.
Today's pick: The Terrine Board ($42) at the Breslin Bar and Dining Room.
Chef April Bloomfield's groaning terrine board includes five scrumptious selections (rustic pork, rabbit and prune, headcheese, chicken liver parfait with schmaltz on top, and guinea hen with morels), plus three kinds of pickles, grainy mustard, and grease-smeared toast. It made a nice appetizer for six members of the Organ Meat Society yesterday evening. 20 West 29th Street, 212-679-1939
