Can't wait for Avec Eric, season deux? Get your Eric Ripert fix with the newly launched Perfect Pairings Wine Club Web series.
Comprised of 13 short videos, it features Ripert cooking and Le Bernardin wine director Aldo Sohm pairing wines with each dish. The first episode aims to debunk the age-old "white wine with fish" cliché. Avec Eric, which airs on PBS, won a 2010 Daytime Emmy Award. Season two, which he's filming now, will air in the fall.
