While most of us are gearing up for the Fourth of July this weekend, a few expats of the Canadian variety are still recovering from yesterday's Independence Day celebrations. Join Prince Edward Island transplant Flex Mussels for a belated happy Canada Day today or any weekday between 5 and 7 p.m., when you can get all-you-can-eat mussels and fries for $20. So, just how many mussels can a person eat in one sitting?
"The standard order is a pound," says general manager Jennifer Gavino. "Last night, we had someone do three. They just didn't touch the fries and didn't dip the bread."
