Michael White's Setai Project Is Called Ai Fiori

In early May, Michael White revealed that his new restaurant at the Setai Fifth Avenue would be a little bit Mediterranean, a little bit Moroccan. Today, he tosses a few more crumbs in the direction of Florence Fabricant, who reports that the chef's new restaurant will be called Ai Fiori, and will showcase the "food of the Italian Mediterranean coast, with some French Riviera influences." The dining room will seat about 185, and the bar will accommodate another 40. It's scheduled to open sometime in the late fall.
