Tom Colicchio Testifies Before Congress for School Lunches

Via Eater, we learn that Tom Colicchio went to D.C. to speak in front of the House Education and Labor Committee in favor of the Child Nutrition Act, which increases funding for school lunches. He speaks from the point of views of a chef, business owner, father, and -- it turns out -- son of a lunch lady. As befits the situation, he seems earnest and even a little nervous.
