Bon Appétit's Pop-Up Café Will Open September 12 With Food From Baked NYC, Momofuku, A Voce, Et Al
To mark the occasion of Fashion Week, an event not normally associated with caloric intake, Bon Appétit is opening its annual pop-up café in the lobby of Avery Fisher Hall from September 12 through 16.

Breakfast will feature pastries from Baked NYC, Momofuku Milk Bar, and Le Bernardin's Michael Laiskonis, while in the evenings, a wine bar will feature small plates from Otto and Daniel Boulud's restaurants.
But lunch looks like it will be the main event: Between the hours of 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., customers can hoover up salads, soups, and sandwiches from hometown talent Bill Telepan, Michael White, Missy Robbins, Laurent Tourondel, Marc Murphy, and John DeLucie, as well as Cat Cora and Rick Bayless, the latter on loan to us from the city of Chicago.
