Dutchman Debuts Booziest Beer on Earth; Pennsylvania Introduces Wine Vending Machines

Breuckelen Distillery, the second legal distiller in the city since Prohibition, is as of this week the first to sell its product directly to the public.

A Dutch brewer has created a beer that is some 60 percent alcohol by volume, now the highest-proof brew in the world at $45 a bottle. It's called the End of History.
