Geoffrey Zakarian has not only been working on the menu for the forthcoming Lambs Club in the Chatwal Hotel off Times Square, he's also doing National Bar and Dining Rooms, in the Benjamin in Midtown.

Michael Psilakis is planning a gut renovation of Gus & Gabriel Gastropub to turn it into a Mediterranean-style seafood restaurant, his fourth version of the space.

Honmura An will become Niko in the fall, with sushi chef Hiro Sawatari, formerly of Sushi Yasuda, and the help of sustainable fish consultant, Trevor Corson. Raj Dixit will handle the non-sushi side of the menu, and Josh DeChellis, of La Fonda del Sol, is a partner.
