Virginity Questioned! The Olive Oil Controversy

Oil's not well ...

Following a mid-July study at U.C. Davis that found that more than 60 percent of bottles of olive oil labeled "extra virgin" tested were not technically "extra virgin," a few California chefs are bringing a lawsuit.

Top Chef's David Martin is among a handful of chefs suing olive oil makers in question, according to the AP. It remains to be seen whether chefs around the country will follow suit.
