The ingredients: Bourbon, Earl Grey-infused honey, and lemon juice, shaken, then topped with sparkling wine.
The buzz: Earlier this week, we shared the recipe for the chef's corn soup. Now, what more perfect refreshment could be paired with such a summery dish than a spiked take on the Arnold Palmer? It's a good thing this bright, fizzy mixture comes in such a tall glass -- even so, it goes down in about six long, happy sips. A little sweetness from the honey and tannin from the tea keep what might otherwise be mistaken for a soft drink in check. But make no mistake: This drink is no softie. Bourbon and bubbly are sure to put you in the zone (or insert your favorite golf lingo here).
