Eataly Still Single-Handedly Reducing New York Unemployment Numbers

Eataly may have opened with a staff of thousands, but judging by Craigslist, it's still looking for a few thousand more. A quick scroll through the past three days' worth of job postings turned up no less than nine ads for positions ranging from restaurant assistant managers and wine servers to overnight maintenance/handyman. Which leads us to conclude that by the time it's fully staffed, Eataly may qualify as a principality, and also that its HR department probably isn't getting out very much these days.
