Introducing 'CueBrito: The Fatty 'Cue-Cabrito Mash-Up
In the wake of another barbecued taco launch, Zak Pelaccio will unleash 'CueBrito, a Fatty 'Cue-Cabrito hybrid tomorrow. The one-night-only (for now) event is expected to return next spring, but both Fatty 'Cue and Cabrito will offer 'CueBrito specials periodically in the interim.

The barbecue takes place in Fatty 'Cue's backyard, with chef Steve Haritopoulos and pitmaster Robbie Richter roasting a whole 100-pound Bev Eggleston hog, plus all the fixings. The DJ drinks kick off at 6 p.m., and tickets go on sale at 5 p.m. for $50 a pop.
