Red Hook Lobster Pound Gets Busy This Weekend

Lobster, lobster, everywhere.

The Red Hook Lobster Pound is about to have a pretty big Saturday. First, you can find them at the New New York Street Fair on 3rd Street between Bond and Hoyt in Carroll Gardens, where GreenHomeNYC will be teaching folks how to install and plant a green-roof.

Then, later that very same day, the Pound heads over to Williamsburg for a good old-fashioned end-of-summer Maine lobster boil on North 6th Street between Wythe and Kent. Expect whole lobster, cole slaw, potato salad, and buttery corn for $27 a plate. (Rain date: Sunday, October 3).
