Although there are now relatively few places where you can't find Stumptown coffee, true caffeine fanatics will be happy to know that the Portland, Oregon-based roaster has finally opened its Red Hook coffee bar. The Times' T Magazine blog has details and a slide show displaying the bar's tasteful interior decor and plenty of Chemex money shots.
